OMG!!! I had no idea what those damn things i kept hacking up were!!! And then everyday i gargle, i brush, i floss: yet i still ALWAYS have gum in my mouth for fear of my chronicly terrible breath! thankyou so much for this blog it was so helpful to me
-P.S. ive been doing more research and ive read that the new “SmartMouth” mouthwash is really helpfull in eliminating the “shit breath” hahahah so im going to give it and the products you mentioned a try, and get back to you on that thanx again!

I do understand that this is why my breath stinks. I dont actually pick at it, i just push the skin next to the gland and the tonsil stone just pops out, no scratching needed. just to let you know

I want to thank you so much for this information. I also struggle with this stupid things on my throat and I hate it, but didn’t know what I could do to get rid of them. wtf… how could a DRY area possibly provide optimal conditions for anaerobic bacteria? i think you’re a little mixed up here. it seems to me that, unless the subject were solely breathing out carbon dioxide through their mouth and receiving all their fresh air through their nose, that having a dry mouth would be beneficial in terms of smell. i do know from experience that breath gets bad when mouth gets dry, and that bad breath is a primary symptom of dehydration. maybe 35 percent of the population is just dehydrated..>? are you sure you’re not just trying to mark up some diluted food-grade hydrogen peroxide and sell it to the biggest group of people you can find?

also, use of spellcheck would be appreciated.
